How we started:
Abroader Consultancy was established in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) in 2000 by Pratap Raju and Carin Rustema, with the aim of supporting foreign organisations (both public and private sector) in growing their business in India.
For more than 6 years, the team executed its services in two countries: in the Netherlands and India, together with an team of experienced freelance consultants who added their specialism to ours. Amsterdam was our first office, and we traveled up and down to handle the services for our clients in India.
In 2006, we started our main office, incorporated in Bangalore. More European companies as well as other Asian and North American clients, started working with us.
In 2009, we won the tender to execute Trade and Investment Services for the Province of British Columbia, Canada. This added the third continent to our business where we worked closely with the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Investment from BC to enhance trade and investment between India and BC for a period of 3 years.
We currently with an enthusiastic team of consultancts, sector specialists, associate consultants and preferred business partners to execute projects. Our team members and associate consultants have a corporate background, extensive international work-experience, speak multiple-languages and know how to implement business activities in India.
